New: Cashless bracelet at Camping Mané Guernehué

We have thought about your comfort and peace of mind during your holiday!

The waterproof wristband given to you on arrival allows you to pay for services and activities during your stay without any worries. You can charge your bracelet as many times as you like during your stay. Then, simply use your bracelet to pay for and consume in all our services!

A few answers to your questions:

During your stay :

  • Number of wristbands issued on arrival: 1 wristband per person over 10 years old (depending on your request).
  • Accessing your online account: You must create a cashless account once you have the wristband. If you have not received a welcome email, click on this link then click on “forgotten password” and create a password.
  • Charge your bracelet: online (credit card) or at the reception (cash, cheque, holiday vouchers, credit card)
  • Only CB and cashless payments are accepted in the different services.
  • Means of payment accepted in the restaurant: Cashless, bank card, Ticket Restaurant. Tips accepted in cashless or in cash.
  • Means of payment accepted at the bar: Cashless, bank card, Ticket Restaurant. Tips accepted in cash.
  • In case of malfunction: See the reception desk
  • Lost bracelet: Go to reception, it may have been returned.
  • To block your account: Log on to your account, select your bracelet and block it so that it can no longer be used. A new bracelet will be given to you at the reception desk (fee: 1 euro).
  • Broken bracelet: If the bracelet has been cut or torn, a new bracelet will be given to you at the reception desk (contribution to costs: 1 euro).
  • Track your expenses: You can find the details of your transactions on your account. The balance may be displayed in delayed mode depending on network coverage. If you wish, our teams in each department can show you your exact remaining balance.

At the end of your stay :

  • You can return your wristband to reception: If you wish, you can return your wristband to reception for recycling.
  • You have credits left at the end of your stay: within 2 weeks of the end of your stay, log in to your account to request a refund of any remaining credits. There is no refund fee. The minimum refund amount is 3 euros. There is an administrative delay before the refund appears in your bank account.
  • You have credits left and you plan to come back to Mané Guernehué in the same season: you can use your credits during your next stay at Mané Guernehué in the same season. In this case, please keep your bracelet.
  • You have credits left and you intend to go to another Yelloh Village in the same season: you will not be able to use the Cashless bracelet that you were given at Mané Guernehué. Within 2 weeks of the end of your stay at Mané Guernehué, log in to your account to request a refund of the remaining credits. There is an administrative delay before the refund appears in your bank account.
  • Non-refundable holiday vouchers: no refunds will be made at the end of your stay for any charges made by holiday vouchers.
  • If you have a problem with the refund: send us an email to info(@)camping-baden.com. Include your name, the chip number and the problem encountered.
