What are the reception hours?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

The reception is open:<\/strong>
\nFrom the opening of the campsite in April, May and June<\/strong>: daily from 9am to 7pm<\/strong>. Until 8pm on Fridays<\/strong>.
\nIn July and August<\/strong>: daily from 9am to 8pm<\/strong>
\nIn September<\/strong>: daily from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 7pm<\/strong>
\nFrom October to March (except second half of December): offices open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

When is the campsite open?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

The campsite and all services are open from April 10, 2026 to September 20, 2026.<\/strong>
\nThe g\u00eetes are open all year round<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our offices are open all year round and online booking is available 24 hours a day!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What is the size and topology of the campground?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

The Man\u00e9 Guernehu\u00e9 estate has a total surface area of 20 hectares<\/strong>. In a 10-hectare landscaped park, you’ll find a vast choice of pitches and rentals (414 including 242 mobile homes).
\nPonds, ideal for walking and fishing in a beautiful natural setting, are located below the property. Part of the site slopes down towards the ponds. In this part, the pitches are terraced. The rest of the terrain (the vast majority) is flat.
\nThanks to the“preferential location” option,<\/strong> you can select the part of the estate where you want to be.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Are pets allowed at the campsite?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

Pets are welcome at the Man\u00e9 Guernehu\u00e9 campsite, except in certain mobile-home areas and in the g\u00eetes.<\/p>\n

A supplement will be charged.<\/p>\n

Dogs and pets must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone on the pitch, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.<\/p>\n

For daily walks, prefer the natural areas on the outskirts of the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What are the refund conditions if I cancel my booking without having taken out cancellation cover?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

Refund terms in the event of cancellation are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong>, in the ” Cancellation<\/strong> ” section. Please consult them or contact us if you have any further questions. <\/p>\n

Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong> :<\/strong> Cancellation by the camper<\/strong>
\nIn the event of cancellation by the camper, except in cases of force majeure, the conditions for cancellation and reimbursement are as follows. All cancellation requests must be sent by post<\/strong> to the Yelloh! Village campsite postal address or by e-mail<\/strong> (info@camping-baden.com). Cancellations made by telephone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rental again.
\na. In the event of cancellation by the camper without subscription to the cancellation guarantee <\/strong>
\nFor one of the following reasons and until the date of arrival:
\n-Closure of borders by administrative decision,
\n-Administrative closure of the campsite,
\n-Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers by administrative decision not allowing to come to the campsite,
\nA voucher for the full amount paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses to accept this voucher, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed on request.
\nFor any other reason:<\/strong>
\n– Case 1 – Cancellation up to 16 (sixteen) days before the start of the holiday.<\/strong>
\nThe deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee. The sums paid, deducted from the amount of the deposit, will be reimbursed. If payment has been made in full or in part with a voucher worth more than the deposit: the 25% deposit will be retained by the campsite as a cancellation fee. A new non-refundable 2-year voucher will be issued for use at the campsite where the holiday was cancelled, with the amount of the original voucher deducted from the 25% deposit. The remainder of the sums paid other than the voucher will be reimbursed.
\n– Case 2: Cancellation between D-15 and D-8 before the start of the holiday.<\/strong> The campsite will retain 50% of the total cost of the stay as a cancellation fee. A voucher will be issued for an amount corresponding to the sums paid less cancellation charges of 50% of the total amount of the stay. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, can only be used at the campsite where the stay was cancelled and is valid for two years.
\n– Case 3: Cancellation between D-7 and D-0 before the start of the holiday.<\/strong> All sums paid, i.e. the full amount of the stay, are retained by the campsite. No refunds will be made. If the customer does not arrive at the campsite within two days of the start of the rental period, and without first informing the campsite by letter or e-mail, the reservation will be considered cancelled by the customer. The campsite therefore reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rental again. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What are the conditions of reimbursement if I cancel my reservation with the cancellation guarantee?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

The terms and conditions of reimbursement in the event of cancellation after having subscribed to the cancellation guarantee<\/strong> are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, “Cancellation” section<\/strong>, as well as in the conditions of the cancellation guarantee<\/strong>. Please consult them or contact us if you have any further questions. <\/p>\n

Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale : Cancellation by the camper<\/strong><\/p>\n

b. In the event of cancellation by the camper with a cancellation guarantee. <\/strong>
\nThe sums paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general cancellation conditions. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the file is refused by it, the general sales conditions of paragraph 4 a. (previous question) apply and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the sums paid in the event of cancellation. <\/p>\n

CANCELLATION GUARANTEE CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/ EXPLANATION OF WARRANTIES<\/strong>
\nThe following events are covered by the warranty:
\na- Serious illness, accident or death :
\n* yourself or any other person expressly mentioned in the reservation contract
\n* your spouse (or any person living in the same household)
\n* your direct ascendants or descendants
\n* your brothers or sisters * your sons-in-law or daughters-in-law
\nb- Major damage to your premises, whether business or private, a principal or secondary residence, as a result of fire, explosion, water damage or theft, occurring within 48 hours of the start of the holiday and requiring the restoration of the premises and your presence on site.
\nc- Serious damage to your vehicle as a result of an accident occurring within 48 hours of departure and preventing you from using it.
\nd- Modification of your vacation dates, imposed by your employer, occurring after booking and affecting the period of your stay.
\ne- Dismissal of yourself (or your spouse) provided that the notice to attend the interview is sent after the holiday has been booked.
\nf- Transfer by you (or your spouse), at your employer’s initiative, involving a change of address, on the express condition that notification is given after the holiday has been booked. In order to be covered, each event must occur after the insurance has been taken out.
\nDEFINITIONS<\/strong>
\nIllness: an alteration in health duly certified by a competent medical authority, preventing the patient from leaving the home or hospital where he\/she is being treated at the start of the booking period and implying the absolute cessation of all professional or other activity.
\nAccident: any unforeseen and sudden event, causing bodily injury to the person booking, not resulting from his\/her intentional act, and preventing him\/her from taking part in the stay booked.
\nINSURANCE IS NEVER PROVIDED FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM:<\/strong>
\n– your actions other than those provided for in the contract
\n– facts known prior to booking, it being specified that the unforeseeable aggravation of a pre-existing illness does not constitute a known situation
\n– complications or childbirth occurring after the end of the 6th month of pregnancy
\n– psychological illness not requiring hospitalization at the time of stay
\n– surgery or medical intervention scheduled prior to booking the stay or which may be carried out afterwards – drunkenness, use of drugs, impairment of health resulting from the absorption of non-prescribed medication
\n– contraindication of vaccination or air travel due to pre-existing health problems
\n– civil or foreign war, riots, attacks, civil commotion
\n– epidemics, nuclear or chemical incidents, natural disasters
\n– failure to provide the services specified in the initial booking contract, for whatever reason.
\n2\/ NATURE AND AMOUNT OF GUARANTEES<\/strong>
\nIn the event of cancellation of your stay, the MANE GUERNEHUE campsite will reimburse you for the sums paid and actually collected, in accordance with the conditions of the initial reservation contract. The guarantee premium, any booking fees, and any charges and services not included in the calculation of the premium are never refunded. In the event of cancellation, a ceiling of \u20ac3,800 (incl. VAT) is applied per claim.
\n3\/ EFFECTIVE DATE<\/strong>
\nCancellation cover takes effect from midday on the day after payment of the premium and for the period from the reservation date to the day before the holiday.
\n4\/ CLAIM DECLARATION
\n<\/strong> Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing and sent to the MANE GUERNEHUE campsite (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) within 5 working days of the date on which you became aware of the cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

How to cancel my reservation<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

To cancel your booking, please send us your request in writing, by e-mail.<\/strong>

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES<\/strong>
\n1. Changes to your booking<\/strong>
\nCustomers may request changes to their stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation, options) by writing to the campsite (by post or e-mail), subject to availability and possibility.
\nNo postponements will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of a modification, the customer will have to make his stay in the initial conditions of reservation or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
\n– Requests to increase the length of your stay are subject to availability and current rates.
\n– Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of stay conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the campsite? Is it free? <\/div><\/span><\/summary>

What are the check-in and check-out times? What do I do if I arrive after reception has closed? <\/div><\/span><\/summary>

In rental or g\u00eete <\/strong>: Arrival from 4 pm \/ departure before 10 am<\/p>\n

Pitches<\/strong>: Arrival from 2 pm \/ departure before 12 am<\/p>\n

For late arrivals<\/strong> after reception has closed, please contact the office on the day of arrival. A letter containing all the necessary information will be posted for you at the reception door.
\nPlease note that the gates are closed between 11pm and 7am<\/strong>. If you arrive when the gates are closed, you can park in the outdoor parking lot at the campsite entrance. <\/p>\n

In case of departure before the opening of the reception<\/strong>: Please come to the reception the day before. Leave the keys in the letterbox in front of reception.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Is a deposit required on arrival?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

As stipulated in the general terms and conditions of sale, you must pay a deposit on arrival<\/strong> when you hand over the keys to your rental accommodation(mobile home, g\u00eete or pitch with private sanitary facilities<\/strong>).
\nThe deposit of 200 euros can be paid in the form of anon-debiting bank imprint<\/strong> (non-debiting pre-authorization) or by check<\/strong>. Please note that some foreign banks may block the amount of the deposit, without actually debiting it.
\nAt the end of your stay<\/strong>, after checking your accommodation, we will send you an e-mail within a maximum of 8 days of your departure to confirm the cancellation of the pre-authorization or the destruction of the check, if the rental is clean and with no damage noted. We will contact you if there are any problems. The price list is available at reception. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Does the campsite accept VACAF<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

Unfortunately, we are not VACAF-approved and cannot accept VACAF subsidies as a means of payment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Can I pay with vacation vouchers \/ ch\u00e8ques vacances connect for reservations and activities?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

Yes, vacation vouchers and Ch\u00e8ques-Vacances Connect<\/strong> are accepted<\/strong> to pay for your stay at the campsite.
\nFor payment of activities<\/strong>, we only accept paper vacation vouchers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Do I have to wear a bracelet during my stay?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

The wristband given to you on arrival must be worn at all times<\/strong> during your stay. For your safety, all persons on site must wear a wristband.
\nThis allows you to pass the access control to the water park and indoor pool<\/strong>.

Is there TV in the mobile homes? <\/div><\/span><\/summary>

Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with a television, except for the Ty Meur cottages.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/details><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can a cot be added to the bedroom?<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

In 2-flower and 3-flower mobile homes, or in gites<\/strong>, it is possible to add theBaby Kit option<\/strong> (baby chair and cot included, mattress not included) for 6 euros per day when booking.
\nIn 4-flower and Premium mobile homes, the baby kit is free<\/strong>. Simply request<\/strong> it when you make your reservation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

In which mobile homes is it possible to add a cot?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the following mobile homes, the children’s bedrooms feature a trundle bed<\/strong>: one of the beds can be folded away, and when the feet are folded away, it can be slid under the other bed, freeing up space for an umbrella bed<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Bretagne Cottage 4P, Cap West 4P, Atlantique 4P, M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e 4P (depending on model), Patio 4P and 6P, Patio Belle-Ile 4P and 6P, C\u00f4te Sauvage 4P and 6P, Zen 5P, Lodge 6P, Morbihan 6\/7P, Oc\u00e9ane PMR 6P, Grand Large 8P.
\nTerrasses de Man\u00e9 10P and 12P can accommodate 2 cots (one in the children’s room of each of the two modules).
\nFor the C\u00f4te Sauvage 8P and Patio Belle-Ile 8P, the cot can be installed either in the children’s bedroom in place of a foldaway bed, or in the studio.
\nIn Cap West 6P and Celtic 5P, an umbrella bed can be added to the children’s bedroom by folding up a bed, but the bedroom space remains limited.
\nFor the Ty Cozy 2P, the cot can be added in the living room.

The choice of pitch is possible, subject to availability

How the cashless bracelet works<\/div><\/span><\/summary>

Only CB and cashless payments<\/strong> are accepted on site in the various campsite services.
\nThe waterproof cashless wristband given to you on arrival allows you to pay for services and activities during your stay without hassle. It also gives youaccess to the water park and indoor pool<\/strong>.
\nOn arrival<\/strong>, when you receive your cashless wristband, you will be asked to create a cashless account<\/strong>. If you haven’t received a welcome e-mail, click on the link provided, then click on “Forgot password” and create a password.
\nCharge your bracelet<\/strong>: online (credit card) or at reception (cash, cheque, vacation vouchers, credit card). You can load your bracelet as many times as you like during your stay. Then use your wristband to pay for your purchases in all our services. <\/p>\n

At the end of your stay,<\/strong> if you have credits left over and intend to return to Man\u00e9 Guernehu\u00e9 in the same season, keep your bracelet: you can use your credits the next time you stay at Man\u00e9 Guernehu\u00e9 in the same season. Alternatively, you can return your bracelet to reception to be recycled.
\nWithin 2 weeks of the end of your stay, log in to your account to request a refund of any remaining credits. There is no refund fee. The minimum refund is 3 euros. An administrative delay is necessary before the refund appears in your bank account
\nNo refunds will be made at the end of your stay for any charges made to vacation vouchers.

For mobile homes, pitches with private sanitary facilities and g\u00eetes, the following are required:<\/strong>
